BIO
Hello, my name is Jola Rush, and I am passionate about creative design. My journey to becoming a graphic designer has been anything but straightforward. After graduating from high school, I explored various fields—starting with Computer Science in my freshman year and later transitioning through majors in Biology and Art. Ultimately, I discovered my true calling in Visual Communications, where I knew I had finally found the right fit.

I would describe myself as both technically skilled and artistically driven, with a wide range of interests that fuel my creativity. My enthusiasm often leads me to immerse myself deeply in projects, especially when they are tied to things I love—whether it's designing for a sports team, a video game, or a favorite film. These personal passions often inspire some of my best work.

In addition to my freelance design work, I have a strong interest in product design and rebranding. My goal as a designer is always to evoke positive emotions in those who experience my work, whether it’s joy, wonder, laughter, or a sense of calm.

When I’m not creating, you’ll likely find me playing video games, reviewing films on Letterboxd, attending Pacers games, reading, or experimenting with fashion. My wide array of interests consistently fuels my creativity and enriches my design practice.
